Just a few weeks back, we’ve seen a video of an airport official carefully placing the handle of each luggage to where passengers can easily grab it out of the conveyor.

However, these passengers are not as lucky as the ones who got the best service for their luggage. This time, luggage was thrown, as if they are just useless things.

There are four people handling the luggage in the video but two men were seen throwing it without hesitation, without exception. Even the small box didn’t escape their harsh treatment.

Netizens were shocked to see how harsh they treat that precious luggage. To think, the content of the luggage is important and needs proper handling.

The incident happened in Hong Kong airport. Facebook user Marcela Fernanda Solis Walker posted the video on Facebook as she was on Cathay Pacific Airways flight CX5617 from Xiamen, China to Hong Kong. The incident happened around 9 in the morning.

The identity of the crew remains unknown. However, they need to be reprimanded due to their actions. They should know the value of this luggage, the hard work that passengers had exerted just to obtain the content of each baggage.

This is not the first time that airport officials got involved in this kind of incident. Earlier this year, same mishandling of luggage was caught on cam.
