“Sunday night, masamana pakiramdam ko pero I ignored it kasi baka pagod lang ako from work. Then Monday morning, mataas na lagnat ko so paguwi ko ng house, nag take ako ng med para ma-lessen yung hilo ko pero walang nangyari so pahinga lang ulit ako. That night bigla nalang sumakit yung stomach ko(upper middle) pataas sa dibdib ko and hirap na ko huminga,” says Serrano.

At first, she thought that it was just ordinary heartburn but when the pain accelerated she was rushed to the hospital.
