In your entire life, you will have a lot of friends. A lot of girlfriends. A lot of children. But you will only have one mother. Your mother will do everything for you to have a good life. No matter how far life takes you, your mother will always be there to show love and care.

The reunion of this Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) mother and her son is truly tear-jerking.

Facebook user Fajilan Nikki Marjorie posted a video on her Facebook account showing the reunion of an OFW mother to her son who works as a waiter.

According to Marjorie, the waiter has an OFW mother whom he misses most because they were not able to see each other for quite some time.

Marjorie decided to take the chance to reunite the two in a memorable way. She connived with the waiter’s girlfriend who made a reservation at the restaurant.

The OFW mother went straight from the airport to the restaurant where her son works. She sat and waited for her son to arrive.

Without even thinking that something big will happen, the son approached the woman whom he thought was just a regular customer. Until she showed her face and he recognized his beloved mother.

The scene in the video is true to all OFWs who were away from their family for such a long time. In their minds, no matter how hard it is to work abroad, as long as they can provide a good future for their family, everything is all worth it.
