A Filipino household service worker is in a coma in Dubai Hospital due to aneurysm. She only started to work abroad since three months ago.

According to reports, a Filipina who went to Dubai and worked as a household service worker for three months was hospitalized after she suffered aneurysm and eventually fell into a coma.

A certain RS posted the incident on her Facebook page. She referred the OFW as LE.

“Pumutok daw yung ugat sa utak at kumalat agad ang dugo kaya sya inoperahan,” referring to the hospital staff where she got the information.

“Unresponsive na po sya. Tinanggal na po lahat ng sedation para at least makaramdam ng pain pero unresponsive pa rin. Bukas mo i-test po sya kung brain dead,” she confirmed.

RS said that LE arrived in Dubai using a visit visa but soon landed a job. LE is a single mother with two kids waiting for her return in the Philippines.

“I am looking for someone who can help our fellow kabayan who is in comatose right now at the hospital… Please, patulong po na maipaabot natin sana ito sa ating Konsulado,” RS writes on Facebook.
