Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) reported that as of July 13, more than 80,000 overseas Filipino workers are already back to the Philippines due to Covid-19 crisis.

Led by the Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers’ Affairs (OUMWA), the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has facilitated the repatriation of 80,729 distressed overseas Filipinos as of 13 July 2020.

The DFA remains committed to promoting and protecting the welfare of overseas Filipinos wherever in the world.
