In the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) returned to the country after losing their jobs abroad. Unfortunately, some of them tested positive of COVID-19 even after testing negative of COVID-19 in Metro Manila.

There are a lot of speculations going around saying that returning overseas workers and local stranded individuals are the ones spreading the virus in provinces upon their return in their homes. But this OFW outsmarted his neighbors by flaunting a huge tarpaulin in front of his house to announce that he is “COVID-19 Negative”.

In the tarpaulin, the picture of the OFW together with his name was high lightened. It says, “Congratulations! Rhape A. Salazar. OFW – COVID 19 Negative”.

To silence his neighbors from speculating that he could be a carrier of the virus, the OFW did a very wise decision and announced that he is negative of COVID-19 so no one will doubt him.

This made a lot of netizens laugh and quite amazed by his idea (or his family’s idea). The idea will surely stop the speculations that he is carrying the virus that has been claiming the lives of millions of people from all over the world.

Indeed, it’s a congratulation to you, RHAPE A. SALAZAR!
