POLO OWWA Kuwait arranged a flight for the 15 distressed Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) who were suffering from all sorts of medical conditions.

Together with the help of the OWWA’s Manila Repatriation and Assistance Division, POLO OWWA Kuwait was able to help repatriate not just the 15 OFWs with medical conditions but also the 66 Filipinos from POLO shelter as well as the 10 visa 18 Filipino distressed workers.

To ensure that these OFWs will receive the professional care that they need when they arrive in the Philippines, OWWA has arranged nurses, ambulances as well as hospital referrals to cater to the medical needs of the repatriated OFWs.

“To the selfless, compassionate, and hardworking medical response team of POLO Kuwait and OWWA RAD, Maraming Salamat po,” says POLO Kuwait on their Facebook page.

“Sa ating mga kababayan na nakauwi na may sakit, hangad po naming ang inyong pag galing,” they added.

Meanwhile, netizens shared their well-wishes to the OFWs who were able to return home with medical conditions.

“Get well soon mga kabayan. I pray for all your fast recovery,” says one netizen.

“God bless po sa inyong lahat,” says another netizen who could help but feel pity on the OFW who was already in the wheelchair.
