Philippine Airlines will be canceling additional international flights even though the government already made adjustments to its previous decision to allow Filipinos abroad in entering the country.
According to PAL, they have canceled more flights because of the 1,500/day limit on arriving passengers from international flights at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
The limited number of passengers per day is due to the heightened measures in line with the COVID-19 pandemic.

It is expected that additional flight cancellations will be announced after the details are finalized. Effective today until April 21, here are the guidelines for incoming passengers;
All Filipino Citizens including Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs) and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
Diplomats and other members of the international organizations as long as they have valid 9(e) visa and visa 47 (a)(2).
Foreign nationals who are helping the medical repatriation as recommended by the Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs or mandated by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration.
Foreign Seafarers who are under the Green Lanes program
Foreign spouses/children of Filipino citizens
Emergency and humanitarian purposes.
