Every human being on this planet will die. But to experience a tragic death is just too much. In the case of this Filipina in Canada, she suffered a very painful death at the hands of fellow Filipinos.

49-year-old Maria Cecilia Loreto, a resident of New Westminister, was allegedly killed by two Filipino suspects, a certain Carlo Tobias, 21 years old, and another man who’s still 15 years old.

According to the investigation, Loreto was killed inside her home in Canada, and later on, her remains were found at a park in Burnaby. It is said that she was burned by the two suspects and thrown in a park.

Authorities refused to release the motive of the crime because of its ‘sensitive’ information. But it was found out that the victim and the suspects knew each other.

No additional details were released to the public.

Supposed to be, Filipinos are the ones lending each other’s hands when they are outside the Philippines. What’s more tragic here is the fact that a teenager managed to help perform this heinous crime to his fellow kababayan. No reason can justify the actions of the suspects.
